The Technical Office of Kalogeropoulos A. Nikolaos & Chatzidelliou G. Stavroula, based in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, fully undertakes the process of regulating unauthorized constructions, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4495/2017. This law, in force since November 3, 2017, enables owners to legalize their unauthorized constructions, avoiding fines and sanctions.

What does the regulation include?

By paying the single special fine, the following is achieved:

  • Suspension of fines: The imposition and collection of any sanction is suspended, depending on the category of the unauthorized construction.
  • Legalization of building overruns: Unauthorized constructions, unauthorized changes of use, as well as urban and building violations are regulated.
  • Exemption from demolition: Depending on the category of the unauthorized construction, either a temporary or permanent exemption from demolition is provided.

Which constructions can be regulated?

The regulations of Law 4495/2017 include:

  • Unauthorized constructions that have been completed by 28/07/2011.
  • Building violations.
  • Unauthorized changes of use.
